The bowl is nice and hefty. Doesn't feel cheap at all. I prefer ceramic to steel bowls because you can microwave the puck in the bowl for a few seconds (mine turned completely liquid) and then when it solidifies it is rock solid in the cup so you can rinse off the top when you're done without losing the soap.

It's a nice looking shaving mug that does exactly what I need it to. I like the handle and it's deep enough that I can get a good lather going and not worry about spilling.

Very nice, great shape to whip up a nice lather. The "nub" handle makes it easy to hold when the soap makes everything a tad slick. The glaze and logo are high quality and it looks nice on the counter.
